Carl Linnaeus

Carl Linnaeus was a Swedish botanist, zoologist and physician who formalised binomial nomenclature, the modern system of naming organisms.

We learned about the history of how Linnaeus became the ‘father’ of modern taxonomy and were given the challenge of creating a portrait all about him and his work.
