Wild Shelter Building
Posted in Adventure, Design Technology, Forest SchoolWe have been learning about different ways to build a shelter from natural materials. We worked in teams to build shelters in Coombe Woods.
Kilve Court
Posted in Adventure, SportWe had a great time at Kilve Court learning how to become archers, grass sledging, climbing up the high ropes, stand up paddle boarding and fossil hunting. In the evenings we had fun playing games and using maps to find words hidden around the grounds.
Devon Winter Games hockey final
Posted in Inspiration, SportWe travelled to Torbay to take part in the Devon Winter Games. The opening ceremony had Matti Hemmings, a pro BMXer-his tricks were amazing!
We played some fantastic hockey matches, winning four, drawing one and losing one. We missed out on getting in to the semi-finals by a few points. It was a fantastic day-find out more by reading our comments.
